7 MORNING HABITS ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE PRODUCTIVE

                       Starting the day with full discipline and good habits can make one highly productive in their respective field. Its like a giving direction for an arrow to a particular target. Every ultra achiever in this modern world is very disciplined in early in the morning. They does what it need to be done for a great performance. I am giving you 10 habits you should inculcate to be very productive through out the day.

1. Thinking about your target after just waking up lying on the bed.
2. Make your bed. It stimulate a feeling you discipline to your brain.
3. Drinking warm water having lemon juice in it.
4. Brushing teeth with opposite hand.
5. Yoga, deep breathing or light exercise. It enhances oxygen in your blood cells and detoxify your body
6. Eat an apple
7. Show gratitude for what you have. It heals your mental ailments.
